In addition, with Integrated Recycling, recycle and dry fiber introduction are controlled with a separate, precisely metered hopper which dramatically increases your production rate as moisture is kept to a minimum. Vac-Pack Technology provides you with an economical, fast spraying, low maintenance, compact spray system. The vacuum system uses positive pressure so no production slow down occurs, and the hopper inside the truck uses nuetral pressure for discharge with no dust or air surges. This innovative air separator raises the system’s endurance using the technology of air bypass, which prevents recycle fibers from contacting the blower.
