Shipping Methods / Policies

There are NO VERBAL PROMISES made by Insulation Machine Store, any of it’s parent companies, or subsidiaries (herein stated as IMS and Assoc.) or by ANY representative with regard to shipping dates or shipping times.  IMS and Assoc. is not responsible for any monetary losses due to a product’s shipping time or date.

Most in stock items are shipped the same business day on orders placed before 11:00AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) providing payment means have been secured and accepted as a legitimate transaction and no payment complications arise.

Payment complications can include, but are not limited to; different billing and shipping address, billing information that does not match credit card processing records,  merchant service fraud prevention filters, orders that cannot be verified by phone and/or email, any order that IMS and Assoc. deem as a risky transaction, check (any type of check) bank fund clearing period, international transactions, wire transfer times or any other payment method IMS and Assoc. deems as a payment method it is not comfortable with.  IMS and Assoc. reserves the right to accept or not accept any transaction.

If your shipping time is critical, you must check with IMS and Assoc. prior to ordering.

IMS and Assoc. is not responsible for any shipping carrier or freight companies deliver times or issues that may arise to complications including but not limited to; weather, mechanical problems, driver error, items that are damaged during shipping and have to have an insurance claim handled by the carrier or any other 3rd party carrier that is not a direct problem determined to be caused by IMS and Assoc.

Standard shipments will be delivered only within the continental USA (including Alaska and Hawaii), US Providences, and Canada.

Customers are responsible for any and ALL “extra” charges incurred by any shipping carrier.  This includes, but not limited to, any international fees, taxes, duties, carrier fees, boarder fees, broker fees or any other international shipping fee/expense.

Any item over 150lbs is deemed “freight”.  Freight is shipped via trucking carriers, UPS freight, FED-EX freight or from multiple other sources.  IMS and Assoc. does everything in its power to assure proper delivery charges.  Any additional charges due to life gates, destination fees, re-routing fees, etc will be solely the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise deemed by IMS and Assoc.

All items are considered “out of stock” unless otherwise noted by our website or by IMS and Assoc.  Due to the nature of our product, often times, product has a build time associated with it.

Return Policy

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Please contact our returns department to obtain an RMA.  A twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee will be issued on all authorized returned merchandise.  Customer is solely responsible for return freight unless IMS and Assoc. or it’s manufacturers states in writing otherwise.  If the product is defective we will make every effort to replace the defective part, or the entire piece of equipment if it is required.  Shipping will be covered by IMS and Assoc. or the manufacturer if the product or a part of the product is defective.

Any and all products that are “built to order” or “made to order” are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All safety equipment is deemed “built to order” with a 10-14 day build time, unless otherwise noted.  All sales are final on all safety products.  Safety products are non-returnable, non-cancellable and non-returnable.  Once again, ALL sales are FINAL on any and all safety related products.

All freight is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  If an item is sold as “free freight”, the buyer is still responsible for any and all return freight or extra freight incurred from any shipping carrier.  See our “Shipping Methods and Policies” in our terms of service section above.
